Because our services involve custom creative work produced specifically for each client, our refund and revision policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and clearly defined from the moment you place your order.

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Our Design Process

Every logo and design project follows this structured process:

1. Order placed — you provide your brief, brand details, and preferences
2. Initial concepts delivered — within the agreed timeframe
3. Revision rounds — you request changes based on your package
4. Client approval — you confirm final design in writing via email
5. Final files delivered — high-resolution files sent (PNG, PDF, SVG, AI)

Important: Final files are only delivered after you provide written approval of the design. Once final files are delivered and confirmed as received, the project is considered complete.

2. Revision Policy

Revisions are included in every package as follows:

How to request a revision:
Email us at support-email with your order number and specific feedback. We will deliver revised concepts within 2–3 business days.

Additional revision rounds beyond your package limit can be purchased for $25 per round.

3. Refund Policy

Before Work Commences
If you request a cancellation before our design team has started work on your project (typically within 24 hours of ordering), you are entitled to a full refund.

During Work In Progress
If work has commenced but you have not yet approved any concepts:
– If you are unsatisfied with initial concepts and have used all included revision rounds, you are eligible for a 50% partial refund
– We will always offer additional revision rounds before processing a partial refund

After Client Approval
Once you have provided written approval of the final design — via email or our client portal — no refund will be issued. Written approval confirms that the deliverable meets the agreed scope of work.

After Final File Delivery
Once final logo files have been delivered to your email and delivery has been confirmed, the project is considered complete and no refund will be issued.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

– You have approved the design in writing and final files have been delivered
– You have changed your mind about your business concept, name, or direction after work has commenced
– Delays were caused by your failure to provide required information, feedback, or approvals within a reasonable timeframe
– You are requesting a refund more than 30 days after the original purchase date
– You have used the delivered logo files in any capacity (printed, published, or distributed)

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us directly before contacting your bank or card issuer.

Step 3: Include your name, order number, date of purchase, and reason for your request

We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and resolve it within 3–5 business days.

Please do not file a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first. We are committed to resolving all concerns fairly and directly. Filing a chargeback without prior contact may result in suspension of your account and will delay your resolution.

6. Cancellation Policy

– Orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and before work commences: Full refund
– Orders cancelled after work has commenced: 50% refund (compensates for design time already invested)
– Orders cancelled after client approval or file delivery: No refund

7. Delivery Timeframes

Basic Logo 2–3 business days
Standard Logo 3–5 business days
Premium / Brand Package 5–7 business days

If we fail to deliver within the agreed timeframe due to reasons within our control, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of project status.

8. File Formats Delivered

Upon final approval, you will receive your logo in the following formats:

– PNG (transparent background, web-ready)
– PDF (print-ready, vector)
– SVG (scalable vector, web & print)
– AI or EPS (editable source file, included in Standard and Premium packages)

All files are delivered via email to the address provided at checkout.

9. Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving all client concerns fairly. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us before initiating a dispute with your bank or card issuer. In most cases, we can resolve issues through additional revisions, partial refunds, or alternative solutions.
