8. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment and your written approval of the final design, all rights to the delivered logo and design files are transferred to you, the client. Digital Discount Hub retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms
